Rumours of pop star dating US singer Justine Skye intensify

Wizkid seems to be in a relationship with American singer Justin Skye according to reports.

In June 2016, rumours began to surface that Nigerian pop star Wizkid, 26 and American singer Justine Skye, 20 had started dating. 

This rumours were based off a couple of indirect tweets from Wizzy and Justin Skye. The female singer signed to Roc Nation had also previously expressed her admiration for Wizkid and his music which has now crossed over into the United States. The two were also spotted working together in a studio. 

During the One Africa Music Fest  on Friday, July 22, 2016 at Barclays Centre in New York, the rumours of Wizkid and Justin Skye dating intensified once again. According to music industry sources the pair are now in a romantic relationship.

Top music blogger Ovie tweeted that "Wizkid's girlfriend Justine Skye is going on stage with him right about now." He also posted a photo of Wizkid and Justine Skye together from the pop star's SnapChat with the caption "When you're single but you also have a beautiful American superstar girlfriend."

 

Prior to dating being romantically attached to Justine Skye, Wizkid was in an on and off relationship with Tania Omotayo from circa 2012 to circa 2015. In January 2016, Wizkid announced via a press release that he was no longer dating Tania Omotayo after the news was leaked that the former EME singer had allegedly fathered a baby with a US based woman by the name Binta Diamond Diallo. Wizkid also denied that he fathered her child.
