Heartbroken tributes have been paid to a young mother who was found dead in a garden yesterday morning.Emma Louise Baum's body was discovered at a property in the village of Penygroes, Gwynedd, North Wales.
Part of the area is still cordoned off and guarded by a group of uniformed police officers while investigations are underway.
Bouquets of flowers have been laid near her home.
One has a poignant message which reads: "Darling Emma. The pain and loss is heartfelt throughout your family, friends and community.
The village is said to be “in a state of shock” at the death, and Arfon MP Hywel Williams says his thoughts are with the community after the tragic incident.
Neighbours have expressed their horror at the young woman's death.
One said this morning: "Such a waste of a young life, it's tragic what has happened in this community."
Other tributes have been paid to Emma on social media.
A poignant image of Emma was today used to front a fundraising campaign to help pay for her funeral.
Her tragic death inspired Marcus to do all he could to help Emma and her family.
He said: “I’m raising money for Emma’s family to help to put her in her final resting place.
“She was like a little sister to me.
“I want to help pay for her send off, it’s the least I can do for her.”
Door-to-door enquiries have been taking place throughout the day, reports the Daily Post.
A North Wales Police spokeswoman said one man was arrested on suspicion of murder, and the other was arrested on suspicion of assisting an offender.
The men are currently being held at Caernarfon police station.
They appealed to anyone who can help them to contact them as soon as possible.
