Unconventional cancer treatment is often more successful than conventional one. At least, this is something that Dr Stephen Mak believes. His terminal cancer treatment, which is quite unorthodox, has helped many patients recover. According to him, the body has a natural power to heal itself and the cure for cancer is actually in the way we eat fruit.
EATING FRUIT
Although there’s general belief that fruit is beneficial whenever you eat it, the truth is quite different. What really matters is “when” you fruit.  According to Dr. Stephen Mak, fruit shouldn’t be eaten AFTER MEALS, but on an EMPTY STOMACH instead. Fruit is vital for entire body detoxification. Plus, it supplies the body with a plethora of nutrients, thus ensuring proper body function and overall health.
There’s no question fruit is one of the staples of a healthy, well-balanced diet. However, if you consume eat after having a meal, you actually prevent proper digestion. Fruit packs a lot of fiber, which improves digestion and elimination of waste. So, even though fruit is easily digested and ready to go through the stomach into the intestines, it remains stuck in your stomach because of the meal you had before. The meal along with the fruit ‘rots’ or ferments in your stomach and eventually turns to acid. This in turn causes indigestion, bloating and gases. That’s why you should eat your fruit before meals, or ideally, on an empty stomach, never after a meal!
And, there’s another misconception regarding fruits, especially those in the citrus family. Dr. Herbert Shelton who did research on this matter claims that it’s not true that some fruits, such as orange and lemon are acidic, because all fruits become alkaline once ingested. Only eating fruit in the right way will help you obtain beauty, longevity, health, energy, happiness and normal weight.
When it comes to fruit juice, you should only drink FRESH fruit juice, NOT the one sold in cartons, cans or bottles. Fruit juice that has been cooked is depleted of nutrients because cooking destroys all the vitamins. After all, eating a whole fruit is far more recommended by nutritionists than drinking the juice.
If you want to give your body a full detox, you can go on a 3-day fruit fast to cleanse your body of toxins.  All you need to doo is eat fruits and drink fresh fruit juice for 3 days in a row.
KIWI:
it’s a vitamin bomb in a small package. Kiwi fruit is abundant in potassium, magnesium, vitamin E & fiber. Plus, it has twice the vitamin C as an orange.
APPLE:
Apples may not abound in vitamin C, but this fruit is high in antioxidants and flavonoids, which support the activity of vitamin C thus lowering the risks of colon cancer, heart attack and stroke.
STRAWBERRY:
Strawberries pack more antioxidants than most fruits. Aside from their anti-cancer properties, they also protect against blood vessel clogging and free radicals.
ORANGE:
Just 2-4 oranges a day can protect against colds, reduce blood cholesterol levels, prevent & dissolve kidney stones and lower the risk of colon cancer.
WATERMELON:
With more than 92% water, watermelons are not just the perfect thirst quenchers; they also provide a generous supply of glutathione, which improves immune system function. They are abundant in lycopene, a powerful   cancer-fighting oxidant. Other nutrients in watermelon include vitamin C and potassium.
GUAVA & PAPAYA:
They are some of the richest sources of vitamin C. Guava also packs decent amounts of fiber, which prevents constipation. Papaya, on the other hand, is high in carotene, which improves vision and eye health.
